Someone who is willing to jump into any project at any time to ensure all clients receive an unmatched level of service and all teammates have the support needed to be successful.This role is focused on creating and implementing overall marketing strategy and content for Allied Real Estate advisors, properties, clients and company branding. This role will work in tandem with the operations manager, the leadership team and all real estate advisors.
Job ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement marketing plans and email campaigns for each of the Allied properties.Track and present all data analytics from the marketing plans to advisors and clients.Plan promotional property, company and client events as needed, including creating all necessary collateral for events, budgeting, hiring vendors and hosting events.Manage all social media outlets and ensure consistent messaging and branding throughout.Oversee and edit all web content on alliedre.com.Create property websites and general video and audio snippets for social media outlets, properties, and Allied branding materials.Participate in new business development presentations and pitches.Work with real estate advisors to design and edit quarterly market research reports.Complete regular audits of all company and property specific marketing collateral for accuracy and availability.Design all marketing collateral including but not limited to proposals, flyers, brochures, and presentation materials in Adobe programs.Write clear and concise content for Allied brand and clients across all mediums.Develop relationships and work with relevant business publications such as Columbus Business First to further promote Allied properties and clients.Provide daily administrative data entry into necessary programs including but not limited to all property listing databases (Catalyst, CoStar, Officespace.com), Allied database and client preferred Tenant traction databases.Work in tandem with Transaction Coordinator to complete new and closed deal tasks including but not limited to new listing creation, close deal process, proposal and RFP drafts throughout deal negotiations, input data into deal management software(s), and update contact information in Allied Database.Complete special projects as requested that promote the overall success of company clients and operations.Represent the company to the best of your ability and in accordance with the core values of Allied.Preferred ExperienceOne to three years’ previous marketing, project management, or other relevant real estate experience.One to three years’ previous design, social media, branding and/or graphic design experience.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or another related field.General knowledge of commercial real estate terms and procedures.Excellent organization, communication and prioritization skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.Proficient in Microsoft Office, web design, and Adobe programs.
