Description
Position Summary:
Manages and implements all marketing, advertising, branding, public relations, and client satisfaction programs for the Bank. Assists in establishing marketing strategies to meet the Bank's strategic plan and objectives. Understands and completes job responsibilities in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Essential Functions:
Marketing and Branding 55%
- Leads the project management, execution including graphic design, and approval process of approved Marketing campaigns internally and externally.
- Oversees, manages, and maintains content for the Bank website.
- Oversees and executes the social media management process for all owned social media channels.
- Oversees and executes bank events.
- Oversees, manages, and maintains logowear and ad novelties.
- Responsible for coworker branding, marketing, social media, and referral training.
- Manages community sponsorships, donations, partnerships, and volunteering opportunities including execution and tracking.
- Manages media inquiries and the release of the information to the media.
- Supervises the Marketing staff including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Researches new marketing initiatives.
- Works with Community Presidents and Business Line Managers to develop and implement annual marketing plans in alignment with Strategic Marketing Plan to increase client satisfaction and meet bank goals.
- Assists in establishing annual marketing budget in alignment with the Strategic Marketing Plan.
- Makes recommendations to CTO on contracts with vendors.
- Ensures adherence to advertising compliance.
- Tracks all key marketing metrics using them to create scheduled and ad hoc reports that clearly communicate the results of marketing campaigns, projects, and key initiatives.
- Manages the invoice process for Marketing, including invoice accuracy verification and approval.
- Responsible for the management and administration/updating of the business continuity plans and program.
- Serves on Bank committees.
- Serves on community committees/boards as a Bank representative.
- Participates in internal and external training and development opportunities.
- Other job-related duties necessary to carry out the responsibilities of this position.

Regular contact with coworkers. Works periodically with clients. Regular contact with suppliers/vendors; occasional contact with community/trade/professional affiliations. Works regularly with highly confidential business and client information.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A 4-year college degree in marketing and or equivalent required. A minimum of 3 years marketing experience required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms required. A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience required. Project Management experience preferred. Familiarity with financial institution operations and procedures, market research and analysis preferred. Must possess courteous and professional client service attitude; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain the integrity of highly confidential client and Bank information. Must possess strong computer skills; technical ability to input and retrieve computerized information; basic mathematical skills up to and including decimals; legible handwriting. Must be able to deal effectively with time pressures and stress that can change hourly depending on level of activity; effective problem solving and research skills. Must be a self-starter and independent thinker and meet goals as outlined by the strategic plan.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed largely in an office environment with minimal chance for personal injury. Occasional out-of-town and overnight business travel (air or auto) is required for business and education. Regular mental and visual concentration for computer usage required. Regular use of telephone. Frequent repetitive use of keyboard for approximately 6 hours per day. Requires ability to receive and provide detailed information through verbal and written communication. Requires near, mid-range, and far vision; depth perception, color vision, and field of vision. Will alternate sitting, standing, and walking throughout work shift. Bend, turn, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds of documents, event/ad novelty items, office supplies. Hours of work are generally during regular business hours. There will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines, community events, and other concerns.
Equipment Used:
Operates personal computer in a Windows environment for word processing, spreadsheets, graphic design, web design, email, internet, and other bank specific software. Operates core systems on Silverlake. Utilizes a variety of office equipment including computer, printer, cell phone, ten-key calculator, fax, copy machine, multi-line telephone, digital camera, multi-media projector, folding machine.

Salary Description
$26.03 - $39.04 Per hour depending on experience
