Duties and Responsibilities
Execute workflows for all sales activities, including researching client property details to aid in needs assessment, drafting proposals, providing aerial imagery and client maps, estimating contract timelines, and compiling relevant statistics for Regional Account Managers.Initiate and oversee the processing of requests for proposals until completion.Establish and maintain client records within CRM systems and email lists.Engage with clients to gather necessary information for proposal preparation.Manage the proposal delivery process to clients on behalf of Account Managers.Prioritize and address client requests or complaints.Coordinate logistics for trade shows, meetings, and industry events, handling registration, attendance, supplies, and post-event follow-ups to support business development.Collaborate with internal teams to nurture client relationships.Ensure clear and timely communication with clients regarding proposals and studies.Handle incoming calls and perform general office management duties.Perform any additional tasks as assigned.Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Similar Experience1-2 years customer service experience in a professional environmentPC Proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferredWillingness to travel up to 25%, both day and overnightExperience in B2B or B2B2C sales environment or in business development role a plusExceptional accuracy in written and oral communicationWorking Conditions
