Lead all marketing initiatives for PEPI - its functional and related industry practicesManage/team with internal and outside agencies that support creative/web/social media initiativesDeep knowledge of using social media & PR to support thought leadership campaign initiativesManage and oversee thought leadership seriesOversee firm website content updatesStrategic oversight of the Marketing function to elevate the significant growth of practices, including:Templating of processes and programsAccount based marketing campaignsUpgrade of marketing technology tools for both practicesMentor junior-level dedicated marketing resources
Experience:
10 years of professional services marketing in roles that have increased in responsibility over timeStrong writing skills, including the ability to draft and edit collateral content for market use and communications to leadershipLeadership on marketing campaigns and programs - from creation through execution and measurementOversight and management of external and internal marketing support agencies on projectsKnowledge of the private equity industryKnowledge of Microsoft Office suite of services
The salary range is $160, 000--$185, 000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A& M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
