*This will be starting out as a 4-6 month contract*Responsibilities:Lead a team of ~15 media strategists, channel activation specialists, and analysts.Ensure media excellence and best-in-class service for clients.Provide solutions to business challenges through media strategies.Act as a subject matter expert for consulting teams on media strategy, market intelligence, landscape analysis, and budgeting.Participate in business development activities representing media.Daily Activities:Develop and implement media strategies aligned with client objectives.Craft holistic 360 media strategies based on consumer insights and market analysis.Create measurement frameworks and guide continuous campaign optimization.Document and share best practices and thought leadership.Explore opportunities to expand client engagement across various firm capabilities.Represent the media practice in new business pitches.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in advertising or marketing preferred; relevant experience in any field considered.15+ years of experience in an agency or client-side marketing role, managing multiple campaigns.Proven success in managing mid-sized media campaigns ($5-20M annual spend).Experience with international digital campaigns is a plus.Strong client service skills and experience as the main client contact.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience with new business pitches and comfortable interacting with C-level executives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to produce polished client-ready work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).Temporary Position Details:Duration: 4-6 monthsPotential overlap with current media lead before and after leave.Possible transition to full-time based on performance and business conditions in early 2025.
