Can-do attitudes and respectful, inclusive outlooks are greatly valued and expected of all team members.Main Responsibilities:Maintain all internal communicationsInput all data in reference to event bookings and artist hospitality plansHandle all artist payments with accountingInterface with operations and production teamsInitiate communication with artist agents and managementProofread contractsBuild and reconcile P&L sheetsDevelop, schedule, and execute Marketing plansSupport the Music + Culture Department in all on-site activities.Admin: Scheduling and auditing calls and meetings, taking meeting notes, monitoring Dept. emails, Artist payments, work permits and visas, flights, ground transportation, accommodationsScheduling: Maintain all calendars up to date with new holds, bookings, cancellationsBudgeting: Fill out and reconcile P&L and budget documents for all activations, work with accounting on payments for artistsMarketing: Experience in music marketing and execute marketing plan internally and with partners, artists, and promotersTech and Hospitality: Advancing artist riders and communications with artist teams, all tech and hospitality needs to Production and Operations teamsOnsite: Attend Music + Culture activations, assist Music + Culture, AV/Tech and Operations team to make sure artists, staff, and guests have the best experience.Minimum Requirements:A passion for music, culture, and innovation, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.Acute awareness of music trends and a conversational knowledge of nightlife, live music, art in all its forms and mediums, dance, fashion, and culture in NYC, nationally and globally.A network in NYC of DJs, Bands, Promoters, Talent Agents, Talent Managers, Record Label contacts, PR contacts, etc.The highest level of organization, flawless attention to detail, fluency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, Tripleseat, Prism, and Monday.comAt least 3 years experience producing events in Nightlife and Live Concert setting, working knowledge of Audio Production and Musicianship and Food & Beverage best practices.Benefits:Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Company Observed Holidays)Commuter BenefitsTraining & DevelopmentTeam Member Referral Program - $250 for any referrals if your referral stays for 3 months, we are always looking for great candidates at fine dining places that have like-minded individuals.
