Overview
Our client is a nationally recognized design-build firm with a strong footprint across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. Headquartered in Kansas, they operate out of 10 regional offices and employ approximately 500 professionals across multiple affiliate companies. With a focus on high-complexity sectors such as mission critical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and federal markets, they bring a sophisticated and process-driven approach to construction management. Their builders group acts as the construction manager on all projects, subcontracting out all trade work. Their mission critical division has been active for over a decade, with a growing presence in Northern Virginia over the past five years. They currently have four active projects in the region and were recently awarded a high-profile contract. With a solid foundation already in place, they are strategically looking to expand the team and eventually open a satellite office in Northern Virginia. Job Description
