This position assists the Marketing team through both creative and administrative tasks, executes and assists marketing campaigns for new locations, and plays an integral part in bringing our brand to life!
Key Responsibilities:
Opening Campaign:
Create, develop, implement, and execute highly localized marketing and communication plans for new brick and mortar openings for various channels
Manage content creation and production in close collaboration with our creative team
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns in collaboration with our media agency
Opening Activations:
Create and execute opening activations in close collaboration with our management, fitness, creative, event, retail, and social media & brand influencer teams
Source and present collaborations with local vendors for a successful opening period
Be our champion on the ground and make sure our new members have the best brand experience possible
Planning and Reporting:
Own opening budgets, project plans, and timelines/schedules
Act as a liaison between all external partners and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout the presale and opening phases Provide insights, learnings, and opportunities for continued improvement of the opening process
Any other projects/duties as assigned
Competencies & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of Marketing/Promotions/Advertising experience with at least 2-3 years working with regional/national multi-unit chains, background in fitness and wellness is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related degree highly preferred
Experience managing events and campaigns for brick-and-mortar business openings or Field Marketing
Creative mind with ability to adapt overall national strategy into tangible localized opening activities and events
Proactive communicator with a hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills
Must be able to build relationships, genuine connections, and trust, both internally and externally
Must have exceptional time-management skills and be able to execute tasks and responsibilities in an ever-changing environment
Exercise good judgment in decision making
Must be able to travel to various fitness clubs and support centers
