Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for multiple projects from start to finish, utilizing all platforms to increase traffic and salesOversee the marketing for each division of the Related Group including Condominiums, Apartment Rentals/Mixed-Use, Affordable, Corporate and InternationalCreate marketing budgets to support all marketing initiatives throughout all project stagesBuild and oversee brand positioning, creative direction, and design across marketing channelsCoordinate copywriting and proofreading for all marketing collateralManage PR agency, media plans and advertising campaignsImplement marketing initiatives for each project including brochures, sales presentations, ads, promotional items, buyer gifts, eblasts, websites, location maps, signage, photography, video, and print productionCollaborate with digital marketing manager for digital project updates; familiarity with SEO, SEM, display ads, email marketing, website and social mediaPlan and implement event marketing, logistics and production for all property events, expositions, and sales tripsObtain and oversee local partnership opportunities and community relations for each projectDevelop appropriate measurement tools to monitor the effectiveness and overall success of various marketing effortsQualifications:
BA or BS degree with emphasis in marketing, public relations or mass communication4 – 6 years previous experience in strategic marketing, project management, event coordination, media relations, advertising and digital marketingKnowledge of real estate marketing a plusOpen to occasional travelBi-lingual: SpanishSkills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, selling, and negotiation skillsSuperior computer skills combined with the ability to effectively communicate verbally, visually, and in writing are essential to successFlexibility to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings and holidaysAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and think strategicallyAbility to communicate with all levels within the organization and ability to work and learn independentlyCreative and innovative approach to solving problems and resolving issuesBenefits as a Related Employee:
