LOCATION: This position is onsite, office-based in Atlanta, GA (hybrid model - 3 days remote / 2 days in office- Tuesday & Wednesday)
JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Senior Revenue Manager, the Senior Revenue Accountant has the primary responsibility for gift administration of recording all private revenue. They are also responsible for revenue reconciliation, adherence to BGCA policies and GAAP accounting standards, and working with business partners on recording revenue.
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Marketing & Communications
Leads integrated marketing strategies to advance the brand, demonstrate the impact of the Club experience and position BGCA as an expert in the youth development space
Actively identifies opportunities to advance organizational goals through leadership and delivery of strategy, planning and execution to produce best-in-class campaigns; Oversees plans to cascade the broader marketing communications strategy across all partnerships and initiatives within portfolio; Leads efforts to scale and localize marketing activities for successful implementation within a federated model
Provides direction and oversight to internal teams, subject matter experts, external partners, agencies and vendors that ensures delivery of results on-time and on-budget; Provides expert integrated marketing counsel and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, including leadership to partnership marketing team (4-6 direct reports)
Oversees integrated marketing efforts on behalf of youth development and resource development partnerships portfolio, inclusive of national programs, initiatives, strategic alliances, corporate and foundation partnerships; Ensures brand consistency and messaging in all external-facing marketing and communications
Responsible for marketing communications efforts on behalf of initiatives and partnerships that includes (but is not limited to) public relations, events, social and digital, storytelling/content development, brand, advocacy and advertising efforts; These efforts may be executed by this role or this role may oversee execution by internal staff or external vendors, as determined by project scope
Builds ongoing relationships with key leaders and stakeholders within BGCA, and integrates workstreams and campaigns cross functionally
Stays current on data, trends, competitive landscape and best practices related to marketing communications and youth development, with eye toward continuous improvement to drive greater impact
Partnerships
Leads & oversees development and implementation of annual partnership marketing plans to achieve mutually beneficial objectives
Oversees all partnerships through supervision of 4-6 direct reports and collaborative leadership with other M&C staff supporting partnerships; Responsible for the health of all marketing-led initiatives on behalf of partnerships; Serves as day-to-day marketing contact for identified partnerships
Liaises with professionals at all levels within BGCA, with Clubs and within corporate partnership teams and designees (agencies, vendors, etc.); Proactively develops and maintains healthy and productive relationships that benefit the brand; Works collaboratively with internal teams, partnership teams and vendors to meet stated objectives and identifies opportunities for innovation and advancement to meet the needs of the organization and partnerships to further our mission
Leads with integrity to ensure the fulfillment of sponsorship contracts and agreements; Ensures deliverables are executed with excellence to enable continued and increased support for the mission; Identifies and acts upon opportunities to activate partnerships to deliver greater value to the brand and sponsorships
Collaborates with the resource development team to secure new partnerships and renew relationships by leading marketing efforts; Oversees development of marketing plans for proposals and participates in new business efforts
Leadership
Serves as leader of the partnership marketing team, developing and implementing plans and processes that advance the work of the partnership marketing team and the organization; Supervises 4-6 direct reports, providing leadership, direction and coaching to advance BGCA’s mission and marketing goals, and reinforce a team culture grounded in the ICARE values; Proactively provides coaching and development support to direct reports that advances the employee, the work and the mission
Serves as a leader within the M&C division, contributing to the annual strategy, plan and goals, with an emphasis on advancing the role of partnerships to contribute to division and organizational objectives; Actively participates on division leadership team(s), seeks out opportunity for advancement and innovation on behalf of the partnership marketing team and division, and takes action to increase our marketing and communications impact to further our mission
Serves as a leader within the organization, demonstrating BGCA mission-driven values of integrity, collaboration, accountability, respect and excellence in all interactions; Positively represents these values as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders such as BGCA staff, Clubs, corporate and foundation partners, strategic alliances and others; Builds healthy and productive relationships with stakeholders that increase our collective ability to meet organizational goals

QualificationsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, business administration and/or similar degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience
Strong experience leading integrated marketing plans and producing high quality execution, with demonstrated proficiency in marketing, communications, content/storytelling and digital/social media.
Service-oriented mind-set with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record in building productive professional relationships, and managing through complex issues with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcome
ABILITIES

ENVIRONMENTAL & WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal internal working environment.
Approximately 20% travel (can be up to 3-5 days or more in a month, including weekends, depending upon scheduling requirements).
The individual selected for this position must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to navigate areas of the country by using electric direction methods.
Ability to carry out detailed and complex instructions; ability to interact with coworkers and public by telephone and in person as a member of a team to provide services to customers, both external and internal; ability to perform a variety of duties and to prioritize tasks to meet organizational needs.
