Responsibilities include working with the Program Director, Director of Operations, and program leadership team to ensure health and wellness among the residential community’s approximately 55 students and 20 faculty and staff; reviewing all student medical forms and educating Walden’s faculty and staff regarding important information contained within; supervising the care of sick students during the summer session; communicating and working with parents of students in incidence of student illness and/or injury; management of documentation and staff assistants; overseeing the regular disbursement of over-the-counter and prescribed student medications; hiking with the community on Saturdays at nearby mountains; and performing other duties as determined by the Executive Director.
The successful candidate will be available between June 22, 2025, and August 4, 2025. We are open to both a residential nurse who would live onsite at Walden during this time period or someone who lives near to Dublin, New Hampshire, who is able to be on call evenings and weekends.
Requirements : Must have valid and current New Hampshire nursing license (RN preferred). Ability to lift packages and boxes up to 25lbs is
required
.
Compensation : Salary, room & board. Some travel reimbursement to/from Dublin, New Hampshire. Meals on campus in dining hall. Possibility for this to be a residential position on campus at Dublin School or an hourly, commuting position.
