Overview
The Sr. Specialist, Creator Activation is responsible for driving influencer activation within OMG’s Creo service. The role involves managing influencer campaigns, including creator management, negotiation, and execution of social content based on client briefs and Creo team plans. This role supports all OMG agencies and collaborates with paid social teams for paid amplification of campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in influencer and media environments
- Experience managing creators and client relationships with major companies
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with influencer platforms and tools
Responsibilities
- Strategic alignment and vetting of influencers for campaigns
- Managing influencer submissions and quality control
- Executing influencer partnerships from post-contract to campaign completion
- Overseeing content review processes
- Inputting campaign details into tracking systems
- Collecting metrics and developing recaps for campaigns
- Tracking post-completion for revenue recognition
- Staying updated on social media platform capabilities and trends
- Monitoring influencer activity across platforms
- Coordinating logistics for campaigns
- Participating in team meetings and note sharing
- Managing influencer travel and coordination
- Vetting for brand safety
Practice Excellence
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and sharing insights
- Developing thought leadership and case studies
- Collaborating with platform teams to implement best practices
- Building relationships with creators and platform partners
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing and brand storytelling
- Strong relationships within the influencer community
- Knowledge of influencer advertising and organic roles across platforms
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

This role offers a salary of $60,000, with benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, paid leave, and more. It is a hybrid position requiring three days in-office weekly, with flexibility.
