Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and creative Content Specialist to produce compelling visual content and manage its distribution across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong videography and photography skills who is also comfortable managing digital uploads, publishing content to websites, and communicating via Salesforce.com. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can translate brand strategy into engaging content.

This role will sit at either our Louisville, KY or Jasper, IN location and will operate on a hybrid working schedule. This role also requires up to 50% travel , including short-notice trips to capture customer testimonials, on-site product footage, and event coverage. A willingness to hop on a plane and be the face behind the lens is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Videography & Photography
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for product installations, testimonials, training, and promotional purposes.
• Capture professional photos for use in marketing materials, websites, and social media.
• Perform light post-production editing, including audio mixing, color correction, and voiceovers.
• Content Publishing
• Upload and manage content on company websites and digital portals.
• Post marketing bulletins and resources within Salesforce.com.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and accessibility best practices.
• Content Strategy Support
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify content needs.
• Assist with the creation of monthly dealer newsletters and other outbound communications.
• Organize and archive multimedia assets for future use and repurposing.
• Field Support
• Travel up to 50% of the time for on-site shoots, including customer locations, trade shows, or manufacturing facilities.
• Proactively coordinate testimonial interviews and capture authentic stories that reflect the customer experience.
• Represent the brand professionally in customer-facing environments during content creation.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in videography, photography, or multimedia production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects) or similar tools.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), web publishing tools, and Salesforce.com.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, sometimes on short notice.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in home improvement, manufacturing, or B2B environments.
• Skills in animation or motion graphics a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media content formats, and email marketing platforms.

Compensation:
$74,600-$74,600 per year
