Our Fortune 500 Consumer Goods and Healthcare client is looking for a
Senior UX Researcher
to join their Experience Design Group. The UX Researcher will be closely involved in researching and contributing to the strategy of a brand center website redesign.
Candidate will contribute to the organization in the following ways:Leading UX research on multiple high-visibility workstreams crossing the enterprise-ranging from consumer web experiences to corporate/internal strategy and planning-with responsibilities including project scope and definition, prioritization, and future planning.Conducting strategic and tactical research to provide impactful insights and recommendations sensitive to project needs at critical points in products' lifecycles.Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to triangulate data sources for a balanced understanding of user experiences.Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders from Marketing, Branding, and Analytics teams to identify high-impact research problems and potential new research opportunities.Collaborating with UX designers and the broader UX (XD) chapter on initiatives related to creating systematic improvements to research documentation such as templates, service roadmaps, etc.Producing insight decks, research plans, scripts, journey mapsEffectively communicating research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually. MUST HAVE STRONG SLIDE DECK DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE - UNDERSTAND HOW TO PRIORITIZE INFO AND PRESENT IT SUCCINCTLY.Guiding the research process, driving decisions, giving clear feedback, tracking issues, responding positively and calmly to shifting priorities, opinions, demands and timelines with management guidance.Embracing challenges and inspiring new ways of thinking.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeMinimum of seven years of UX research experience.Strong knowledge of user interface research processes and methodology, particularly as applied to Web and digital-based applications and consumer electronics including Agile and lean user-experience processes.A compelling portfolio of work demonstrating high-quality user research within a variety of projects.A strong understanding of current design trends, processes, and theoriesA passion for creating products that resonate emotionally with peopleA combination of strong conceptual thinking and strategic skills with an ability to understand customer needs, motivations and behaviors and translate them into actionable deliverables.Must be able to function as a team leader as well as an individual contributor.Excellent communication and organization skills.Experience working collaboratively with all levels of corporate leads, designers and strategists.Experience with Figma a plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
