Job Title:Packaging Designer
Location: San Francisco, CA- Hybrid schedule
Duration: 6 month contract, 35-40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate:$50.00-$60.00
In this role, you'll focus on secondary packaging and print design, with occasional overlay graphics on primary packaging (no 3D rendering required). While you should have some knowledge of die-lines, you won't be responsible for creating them.
The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in packaging and print design for industries like beauty, fashion, CPG, and food. You'll work on a mix of creative graphics, regulatory updates, and design refreshes-bringing brands to life through impactful packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design secondary packaging and oversee all print design aspects
• Apply overlay graphics to primary packaging (no 3D rendering)
• Work within die-line structures (but not create them)
• Develop fun, engaging, and regulatory-compliant graphics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand standards
• UtilizeIllustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
