Job Title:Creative Recruiter
Start date: ASAP
Location: San Francisco, CA- hybrid schedule (2x on-site )
Duration: 6 month contract with potential to extend- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate:$40.00-$45.00/hourly
In this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enhancing the candidate experience. Partnering with brand leaders, HR, Equality + Belonging, and Communications, you'll support a team dedicated to delivering the best retail interview experience.
Responsibilities:
• Promote the company's vision and culture to attract diverse talent.
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive candidate and interview experience.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex roles, including proactive sourcing.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top, diverse talent.
• Stay ahead of industry and competitor trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure high-quality service and talent advising to support business needs.
• Own team results, sharing responsibility for resources, budget, and policy adherence.
Qualifications:
• Experience recruiting in the retail space is highly preferred.
• Strong problem solving by proactively driving results and being solution oriented
• Ability to manage customer relationships, provide strong customer service skills and work in a large and matrixed team environment
• Demonstrated excellent communication/presentation skills to all audience levels
• Deep curiosity and knowledge of the external market and shifts within retail or relevant industries
• Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to recommend sustainable solutions
