Summary/Objective
A Web Developer creates and maintains public-facing websites and applications for internal use by the Company. This includes creating custom applications and web interfaces, as well as maintaining and updating software to meet the evolving business needs. You will also assist with application deployment and provide ongoing support to employees using the software and website.
Essential Functions
- Create and manage a multisite website environment with ecommerce capabilities that may vary by location.
- Integrate website ecommerce orders with backend ERP for improved workflow.
- Analyze functional requirements and design website to facilitate online orders.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot custom software using a variety of programming languages and platforms.
- Convert existing websites into new platform.
- Provide technical support identifying, investigating, and resolving user’s problems with software systems.
- Evaluate existing software systems and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades to improve the customer experience.
- Deploy software and assist in transitioning from existing systems.
- Collaborate with other employees to research and resolve problems.
- Collaborate with programmers to explain errors and/or recommend modifications to computer programs.
- Work with the CTO and IT Directors to facilitate a comprehensive IT/Operations Strategy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
- Ensure software stability via regression, support quality assurance, and perform unit and user-acceptance testing to identify bugs.
- Make small edits requested by customers, develop plans for completing larger projects, and suggest solutions to improve existing websites.
- Perform UI design and coding and create reusable objects and wireframes for web pages and email templates.
- Multisite Websites or web applications for online ecommerce orders.
- Proficiency with content management systems including Wordpress, Drupal as well as Windows and Linux environments.
- Basic accounting knowledge and strong Math Skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments at once, multi-task across projects, and effectively prioritize each.
- Highly focused on process development and adherence.
- Ability to see potential issues and risks and communicate them to the IT Team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and fix infrastructure incidents and risks.
- Working knowledge of O365 capabilities and configuration.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Licensure
- BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related degree.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in Website/CRM/Software Development scripting and project management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills and an aptitude for math.
- Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record required.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Bilingual is a plus.
- Effective and professional communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft software products.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Devops.
- Experience with Wordpress.
- Experience supporting multiple locations.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical and computer-related issues.
- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and exercise good judgement.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Travel
- This position may require up to 10 percent out of area and overnight travel.
- Travel is based in the US and Canada and may require multiple night stays and weekends.
