Bryan Realty Group, a local real estate brokerage, is seeking a creative and driven Digital Media Specialist to join our team.
This role is highly collaborative, working closely with our Marketing Manager, Client Care Coordinator, leadership team, and agents to help shape and share our brand through creative content. You won’t just schedule posts — you’ll be part of the creative process from start to finish, contributing to ideas, strategy, and execution. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a content calendar, producing original and engaging content (videos, graphics, captions, and more), publishing daily across multiple platforms, and analyzing performance to drive continuous improvement.
The Digital Media Specialist will craft a cohesive brand message that promotes our culture, showcases our properties, highlights our team, clients, and community, and positions Bryan Realty Group as trusted local real estate experts. You’ll also support broader internal marketing efforts across our website, blog, email campaigns, team initiatives, events, and more.
While you’ll occasionally be out in the community capturing content at events and listings, the majority of your work will be done in person, primarily at our East Memphis/Germantown office, with regular time spent each week at our Lakeland location.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy
- Develop and maintain a calendar for consistent, strategic content publishing
- Design and produce original content (graphics, captions, videos, reels, podcasts, etc.) tailored to each social media platform
- Manage publishing and scheduling of content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
- Monitor social media activity, comments, and messages; respond promptly and professionally to foster engagement
- Track performance metrics and web traffic to assess content effectiveness; deliver regular reports and make data-informed recommendations
- Ensure all content reflects Bryan Realty Group’s brand voice, values, and mission
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to source content, support events and campaigns, and drive team participation
- Assist with broader digital marketing initiatives, including updates to the website, blog content, email marketing, and internal communications
- Stay informed on evolving platform algorithms, tools, and trends to keep strategies fresh and effective
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time while working on multiple projects and adapting to frequently shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment
- Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy execution
- Skilled in Canva, basic graphic design, and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or similar)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and current trends
- Ability to develop compelling, on-brand content from concept to completion with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with brand voice and identity integration across platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency
- Basic knowledge of website design and management is a plus, but not required
- Experience in real estate marketing is a plus, but not required
$16 - $20 hourly
