Work closely with the Global Partnerships team to build a go-to-market strategy for our Connectors and Stripe App Marketplace partners

Define joint marketing strategies, priorities, objectives, investment model, and success metrics for our marketing efforts with/for/through our Connectors and Stripe App Marketplace partners
Build joint messaging and produce co-marketing assets with our Connectors and Stripe App Marketplace partners
Execute co-marketing plans and activities with Connectors and Stripe App Marketplace partners to drive acquisition of new users and drive adoption and growth on the Stripe platform
Define scaling mechanisms to provide marketing resources and enablement to a growing ecosystem of partners
Own the marketing program strategy for Stripe App Marketplace, and acquisition of new partners on the Stripe App Marketplace.
Administer and optimize marketing funds
Align and work with the Regional Partner marketers on extending and landing global strategies and priorities in the regions
Collaborate closely with regional and product marketing to ensure partners and the Stripe App Marketplace are represented in local GTM initiatives

Experience working closely with technology partners and/or consulting partners, to build joint marketing plans and execute marketing programs and campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation
Experience working with global functions based in different regions
Proven ability to influence and guide the partner’s marketing leadership team to align on objectives and deliver against joint marketing priorities and plans
Strong written and verbal communication skills that demonstrate proven leadership capabilities and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Experience working with partners based in a different region
Experience shaping joint messaging with partners
Experience shaping marketing program strategies for partners
Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments through an indirect business model leveraging partners
Deep understanding of the user journey through and with a partner channel and funnel, sales cycle and product lifecycle and their respective requirements on the partner marketing organization to drive attach, growth and revenue
Superb organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once; you’re a master juggler and don’t let it get the best of you
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
Preferred qualifications
Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company
Experience in the payments, financial technology, or adjacent industries or marketing FinTech solutions
Experience with customer marketing or product marketing
Experience marketing of a marketplace or marketplace partners
This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently or plan to live.The annual US base salary range for this role is $164,200 - $246,300. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
