Fashion brand location in the Tribeca area of Manhattan seeks to hire a Temporary Sample Coordinator to join their Photo Studio team : 4/1/2025 - 12/31/2025. This person will ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow, keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information, communicate with Merchandising team to discuss arrivals and delays, build rapport with Brand Mas, assemble copy fact sheets using several systems and support entire team with other projects. This position will start ASAP and will require 3 days in office. Pay rate is up to $31.73/hr DOE. Responsibilities: Support ad sample intake process by checking in, tagging, hanging, and organizing samples into closets Support sample operations for photoshoots by pulling samples from closets, recording sample availability in Airtable, and organizing samples on rolling racks Support Product Team on project managing by assisting in sample tracking, high priority flagging, reordering, checking in, tracking/statuses, weekly reporting, and one-off project requests Partner with Styling team on sample availability throughout style outs Partner with Merchandising team on sample sharing and product accuracy Communicate with on-set styling and production teams for sample tracking/discrepancies Maintain overall sample organization, storage, and disposal Qualifications: 3 years of proven experience in retail or digital visual production.
