The candidate should be energetic, results-oriented, and committed to operational growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team with significant growth potential. You will be responsible for maximizing external referral relationships, establishing new ones, and creating community engagement initiatives to enhance the brand presence. The ideal candidate will achieve referral goals through targeted marketing strategies, possess excellent relationship management skills, and be adaptable to industry changes. Knowledge of Maine hospitals, Medicare, MaineCare, and experience with NaviHealth referral management are preferred. Healthcare experience is a plus. Requirements
