The Copilot for Microsoft 365 Product Marketing team is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who loves to collaborate and influence across disciplines, digest a variety of inputs to a cohesive narrative, and synthesize complex ideas into a concrete visual for the audience. This role represents a highly visible opportunity to influence * and * contribute to the * Copilot business * at all levels. We are looking for a marketer who enjoys being at the forefront * of * showcasing the * latest high-impact narratives * that will educate and energize our customers, partners and sellers. This role will focus on defining * the * Copilot narrative across the lenses of positioning & messaging, cross-app storytelling, and envisioning concepts into tangible assets.
Expected working hours for this role will be PST.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience
5+ years' experience as a written and verbal data-driven storyteller, that can inform and influence decision marking across executives and the broader organization
Experience in leveraging AI technology, AI capabilities & AI integration
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience
Experience working in the technology industry
Effective communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor the content and the delivery to different audiences and formats
Capacity and comfort to learn new areas and shift priorities as business evolves
Organized, and relentlessly focus on actionability of the insights, and scaling the reach of the insights for others to take action
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused, with a growth mindset and a passion for learning and innovation
Experience working in a dynamic environment, across a wide variety of stakeholders and disciplines, earning trust and collaborating with Engineering, Business Planning, Finance, and Marketing partners
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
