The EXOVATIONS of Atlanta, LLC (EXO)'s Marketing Coordinator will assist in driving the success of our company's marketing initiatives. This position requires proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and successful PPC Campaign Execution. As our company continues to grow and as the importance of digital marketing continues to rise in our industry, the Marketing Coordinator will help ensure our marketing efforts are focused and effective. This position supports the creation, production, and execution of all traditional and digital marketing activities in-house.
KEY RESULTS:
Assist in reducing the cost of qualified leads, year-over-year and sufficient to achieve targeted margin.
Support the production of ROI for all Digital Marketing platforms at targeted levels.
Contribute to meeting or exceeding appointment goals needed to achieve annual revenue targets.
Ensure the quality of leads are consistent with EXOVATIONS ideal clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Digital Marketing
Research new and alternative approaches to achieve expected results.
Analyze website, paid search, SEM and traditional marketing campaign performance against KPIs and create reports and recommendations.
Perform keyword research and management for paid search.
Create pivot tables for paid search audiences and keyword management.
Monitor SEO of company website, competitor websites and identify areas of opportunity and
Act as the administrator for company social media accounts: Facebook, Houzz, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn.
Update and manage all online profiles and lead gen on vendor websites and others.
Support the management and execution of Google PPC Campaigns and creation of new campaigns. Assist with website presence: Create blog posts, content, press releases, and case studies.
Ensure website photo gallery is maintained by properly resizing, tagging, coding, and uploading project before and after photos.
Coordinate project photoshoots with client and photographer. Assist with staging and preparation.
Maintain CRM data and reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Director.
Event Planning
Assist in planning, scheduling, contracting, and attending:
Company meetings
Company outings
Home Shows
Community Events
Graphic Design
Design print material for trade shows & events, with review and approval of the Sales Director.
Assist with designing Ads for printed media.
Develop written content creation for blog and online opportunities, with the review and approval of the Sales Director.
Internal Communications
Prepare and distribute the company's monthly newsletter.
PREREQUISITE EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPENTENCIES:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field, preferred.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field, preferred.
Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experience in Adobe Suite - specifically PhotoShop, InDesign, & Illustrator
Exemplary communications (verbal and written), organization and presentation skills
Motivated and goal-orientated drive to exceed personal and company expectations
Ability to take direction & multi-task
Acute attention for detail & a good eye for graphic design

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Current and valid motor vehicle operator's license
