Driving inbound for our entry-level, Benchmarks product Expanding co-marketing with Workday Operationalizing how we distribute and measure every piece of content
We’ve outgrown external marketing leadership. You’ll bring experience, strategy, and execution to our demand gen function, so marketing isn’t just fueling growth, it’s forecasting it.
How You Succeed
Turn Compa’s data network into a lead gen magnet
Compa is a networks effects business where the network is its biggest selling point. But most prospects still don’t know they’re buying a network that includes Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Walmart, Johnson and Johnson, and other incredible companies.
Right now, it’s the biggest secret in comp.
You’ll work with Content, Product, and Sales to build campaigns that move people:
Plan and execute always-on and quarterly campaigns Distribute across email, paid, social, and events Collaborate with Sales to align follow-up and lead capture
You’ll be measured on pipeline and revenue, not pageviews, so design programs that convert, not just educate.
Scale the Workday partnership marketing program
Compa is a Workday Platinum Partner — it’s highest partnership tier. Outside of our network, it’s our biggest opportunity to expand the customer base and traction across verticals.
You’ll Turn The Relationship Into Revenue By
Building co-marketing motions with our director of content Driving pipeline through the Workday Marketplace Supporting events and campaigns that reach joint customers
We’ve laid the foundation, you will help scale it.
Lead distribution systems, tools, and measurement
Your Job Isn’t Just To Run Campaigns—it’s To Make Sure They’re Working And Iterate When They Aren’t
Build Compa’s system to track channel performance, attribution, and ROI Set up planning and post-mortem processes for repeatable success Own our ad stack and work with vendors/agencies as needed

Co-own growing Workday partner revenue to 7-figures plus per quarter
Support content, partner, and sales team efforts Identify co-marketing opportunities with Workday Explore additional channels with Workday and other partners
Campaign planning and performance improve
You bring structure to how we plan, launch, and report on campaigns.
Find smart, creative ways to distribute and measure marketing success Drive consistency in ad, content, and event campaigns Test new ideas, partners, and approaches, monthly
