This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.The California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) User Experience (UX) and Information Design team is currently seeking a Principal UX Designer to help define and drive the future of CalPERS UX/UI digital products and align to CalPERS mission. The team is responsible for designing innovative, best-in-class solutions across mobile, web and desktop platforms. You will relentlessly advocate for the user, inspiring others to push the boundaries when creating user experiences that show our dedication for our users. You have an excellent understanding of human-computer interaction principles, a lens for clean and artful design, and possess excellent interaction design skills. You're able to translate high-level product and user requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into elegant, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.Minimum Requirements

What were the goals of the project?B. How did the design solution help meet these goals?C. What tools did you use?D.
