DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and resourceful producer who is skilled both in live studio and post production to join Prime Video. The Producer will work on the Prime Video production team focusing primarily on The NBA and Thursday Night Football. This person will be expected to fill many roles: produce segments, talent, branded content, and shape the way the broadcast is integrated into the Prime Video ecosystem. This role will also collaborate with members of many internal teams including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Technology Products, Public Relations, and Business Affairs as well as external partners. This is a position that will be expected to help continue to shape the identity of Prime Video’s live sports offering.
Key Job Responsibilities
- A self-starter who can establish protocols and work with many internal and external stakeholders in creating a production workflow and workflows that support dependent teams.
- Generates, researches, and pitches innovative ideas for integration.
- Ability to adjust and adapt to a live studio environment, incorporating multiple elements in a live studio show.
- Being comfortable in receiving and giving editorial and production feedback.
- A strong understanding of different production departments, including sales, graphics, and tape.
- Facilitate communication and ideas with external production partners and crew.
- Deep understanding of all Amazon sports content and how storytelling will be deployed across all relevant platforms.
- Ability to earn trust and cultivate strong rapport with on-air talent.
