Department: Omnipod 5 FranchiseFLSA Status: ExemptPosition Overview:The Product Marketing Manager – Sensor will be responsible for supporting the Go To Market Strategy and commercial excellence and positioning of the Omnipod 5 system that integrates with Abbott Freestyle Libre sensors. This is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Controller.Responsibilities:Serve as product and market expert related to Omnipod 5 with Libre integration including product positioning, messaging, product acceptance, competitive landscape, etc.Identify and understand target customer segmentation for strong positioning of Omnipod 5 to drive value and adoption.Support the development of creative strategies and marketing materials. Develop strong marketing claims and core message development.Gather regional & customer insights to share with Product Manager to inform roadmap, features, and customer journey.Support the communication to regional marketing and customers for new releases or product related communication needs.Support Product Management with customer insights through primary and secondary market research.Support Director, Product Marketing – Sensor in the development of the detailed global launch planning for Omnipod 5 with Libre integration in the US.Create product briefs and work with Global Marketing Excellence to translate into agency creative briefs for launch execution.Interface with Int’l PMMs to support rollout of Omnipod 5 with Libre integration in international markets.Partner with regions throughout product lifecycle to understand market acceptance and impact of messaging; modify as necessary.Key Decision Rights:Decisions relating to asset creation (e.g., look and feel of content) made by GME and regional marketing for Omnipod 5 with Libre integration.Decisions related to commercialization of Omnipod 5 with Libre integration in the US.Required Skills and Competencies:Ability to lead a creative agency in the creation of a global, single-minded, innovative marketing messaging roadmap customized to different touchpoints to effectively convey the value proposition for each target globally.Ability to develop a launch plan coordinated and communicated across multiple functions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations to executive audiences.Strong crossfunctional leadership.Required Leadership Skills & Behaviors:A passionate and creative marketer who can align the organization with a clear vision and strategy.Has strong emotional intelligence and ability to engage and lead others to advance new ways of thinking.Experience in launching new products.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in downstream and/or Product Marketing in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry or MBA with 3 years of related experience.Additional Information:The position can be remote, hybrid or in-person at our Acton, MA headquarters.Travel is estimated at 20% but will flex depending on business needs.Physical Requirements:NOTE: This position is eligible for 100% remote working arrangements (may work from home/virtually 100%; may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired). #LI-RemoteAdditional Information:The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,420.00 - $149,887.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
