Responsibilities

• Coordinate workload within department and/or act as department lead.
• Maintain, configure, check-in, and repair the Company’s equipment resources in the warehouse, including completing configuration, repair, and return of equipment in a timely manner as specified by management.
• Accurately scan equipment barcodes and enter data into TEAM during check-out and check-in, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all equipment prepared in assigned areas meets or exceeds company standards.
• Complete required company paperwork.
• Re-stock equipment according to depot standards.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment from delivery vehicles.
• Participate in setup, operation, and breakdown of client shows, including corporate events, tradeshows, exhibits, concerts, and theatrical productions.
• Perform all levels of work from level II as needed.
• Perform related work as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in lighting, video, rigging, or logistics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training or trade school in a relevant field may substitute experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to self-manage.
• Excellent knowledge of technical principles of operation and maintenance of electronic equipment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety principles and practices.
• Understanding of equipment within the department and how it integrates with entire shows.
• Proven troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software.
• Knowledge of safe motor vehicle operation and current licensing; a clean driving record is preferred.
• Customer service orientation, tact, and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
