Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective sales enablement.
Develop sales training and customer education materials.
Oversee budget, campaign reporting, and lead generation driven by marketing activities.
Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our multi-brand strategy in marketing programs.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with preferred experience in the Oil and Gas, Clean Energy, Chemical, or Semiconductor industries.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research or a related field, with a focus on the industrial market.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sophisticated data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey market insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Proven capacity to build effective plans for business development.
Experience with market research methodologies and data analysis tools.
Familiarity with industrial market dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic go-to-market plans for global adoption of new products and services.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including display advertising, search engine marketing and optimization, social media, video, and automation approaches.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals both within and outside the organization.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization, influencing across functional teams and geographies.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
