As a Digital Product Lead for Petivity, you’ll provide product and customer experience leadership in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll rapidly translate business needs into reality, creating, and delivering on a roadmap that grows KPIs, bringing your strategic digital product vision to life. Cross-functionality will be your strong suit as you collaborate with various internal stakeholders to shape consumer and business needs into product requirements.
Lead solution discovery, document features, and functionality with clear requirements and business alignment
Lead refinements and prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs
Analyze data and user feedback to build and test hypotheses, uncover new user behavior to make meaningful insights and recommendations
Define and track product KPIs, such as long-term performance and drift, customer satisfaction, and business impact
Stay up to date with the latest competitive pet health monitoring mobile applications
Evaluate, measure, and lead an efficient Scrum team of analysts, developers, QA and UX, providing the required input, clarity, and guidance to keep the squad focused and productive
Communicate frequent status, priorities, strategies, and success metrics to business & partner stakeholders, including product demos and roadmaps
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of professional experience with 3+ of those years working in Product Management
2+ years of mobile application experience required
1+ year of experience working with IoT (Internet of Things) products
The approximate pay range for this position is $126,000 to $150,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
