Content Design Lead- Design Systems (Finance)
As a Content Design Lead for Design Systems, you will collaborate across several Digital teams to define and maintain our Content System in connection with the Design System as a powerful tool for design efficiency, quality control, and future optionality. In this role, you will partner with Product Design, Content Management, Design System, and Product Management in a highly cross-functional environment. You'll manage our content styles and standards, ensure our content design best practices are integrated into our Design System, help create reusable standardized flows as an extension of our design system, and partner with Content Management to create efficiency in identifying and reusing existing content.

Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in content design or related fields
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 2+ years of experience working with product teams (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative content strategies
• Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools
• Strong understanding of user experience and user-centered design principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for content creation and storytelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement content strategies that maximize the value of content across the enterprise, specifically focusing on quality control and effective management in the design and delivery phases of product creation
• Continue to develop and maintain content styles and standards bringing them to the appropriate context through tooling and design system integration
• Document the application of content rules to Design System components, modules, and flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and categorize content for reusable flows that support product or client configurations for all known use cases
• Partner with the design system team to integrate content configurations into the design system and partner with the content management team to help relate the content design system to the content management platform's models
• Help establish new operational practices for governance of content quality and reuse across teams
