Houston, TX - onsite (hybrid)Position SummaryThe National Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing field-level marketing strategies to drive trial, sales growth, and brand awareness in the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of marketing experience, strong people management skills, and the ability to create and execute a comprehensive national field marketing plan.Principal DutiesDevelop and execute a national marketing plan that drives trial in our most important markets across the nationDevelop plans & guide local field marketing teams in executing all national marketing programs that are relevant in the region to their fullest potentialWork with Commercial teams to develop 360-degree marketing activations to bring our local marketing investments to life at retailManage a team of local field marketers located across the country and work collaboratively with other marketing functions, distributor partners, Business Units, and Commercialization Teams to develop, communicate, and execute the promotional plan for the respective regionManage the national field marketing budget, evaluate and manage all local sponsorship agreements, coordinate and execute event plans, and work with Commercial Teams to activate marketing investments in tradeLead the communication of marketing initiatives to the local sales & distribution teamsBe the local face to our global brandHelp support and enhance activation on site with a strong focus on consumerEvaluate and manage all local sponsorship agreements including Consumer EngagementSkills and AbilitiesStrong communication, planning, and project management skillsStrong understanding and knowledge of local market geographyAbility to create and execute a comprehensive marketing planStrong negotiation and vendor management skillsHighly collaborative personality, always in search of the best solutions to create win-win situationsSelf-starter but able to take direction, ability to work both independently and as a team playerQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fieldAt least five (5) years of marketing and sales experience in Beverage CPG industryAdvanced Microsoft Office Skills; PowerPoint and ExcelProficient knowledge of all Social Media platformsOther RequirementsTravel up to 50%Must be able to lift 15 pounds at timesMust be legally authorized to work in the USAThe above statements reflect the general details necessary to describe the principal functions of the occupation and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherited in the occupation.Cab Enterprises Inc. is committed to maintaining a work environment that promotes diversity and is free of discrimination.
