- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across digital, traditional, and social media channels to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications, maintaining a unified voice and message.
- Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns designed to generate leads, increase customer acquisition, and improve engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategies to maximize online visibility and conversion rates.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities, track industry trends, and analyze customer needs to guide decision-making.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI on all marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives.
- Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Employee Recognition: Collaborate with HR to promote employee recognition, including sharing milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries on social media platforms.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a senior marketing leadership role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, content creation, and data analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with execution.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Preferred)
