Looking for a UI / UX developer to be a part of a large integration project across their sites.

This position will be responsible for the digital user experiences for clients across several sites. This role involves infusing industry-leading design techniques into each innovation produced by the department.

Essential Job Functions :

1. Gather and document functional requirements for upcoming web and mobile project meetings.
2. Evaluate, create, or modify the user experience of websites and applications using human-centered design methodology.
3. Develop sample content in various ways (individually, in teams, or under supervision) to complete design mockups for stakeholder presentations.
4. Conduct audience and market research as needed.
5. Develop strategies based on survey analysis; gather statistical and demographic data of target audiences; assist in evaluating websites and marketing efforts.
6. Collaborate closely with web developers, software programmers, and system administrators to ensure proper technical integration.
7. Stay updated on UX best practices, tools, and industry trends, and incorporate them into the organization.
8. Create rough interactive prototypes for desktop/mobile interfaces for handoff to development teams.
9. Recommend general improvements to applications related to IT systems.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

1. IT literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Proficiency with Adobe products such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and InDesign.
3. Ability to develop impactful presentations to facilitate strategy endorsement and buy-in.
4. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
5. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Ability to work independently on long-term projects and to lead or collaborate within a team.
7. Knowledge of principles and practices for achieving goals through others in a business setting.
8. Proficiency on both Mac and PC platforms.
