Your ImpactProvide visionary leadership to the team, setting strategic direction and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.Work within a talented, multi-disciplinary environment as a hands-on design leader, driving user-centered innovation and enterprise-scale experiences.Promote creative and technical innovation, orchestrate unique visual experiences that resonate with our global brand.Provide directorial oversight to a global team comprised of UX/UI designers, copywriters, and traffic managers.Be at the center of defining/deploying business and technical strategies, processes, and frameworks that deliver valuable experiences.Keep on top of design and AI trends including best practices; constantly leading the team to innovate.Data focused – utilizing insights & research to develop a best-in-class experience.Work cross-functionally across the globe, forging relationships with leaders across departments to tell a cohesive brand story.Collaborate and manage relationships with any external vendors.
Qualifications
Your Skills & ExperienceExtensive experience in a creative leadership roles with a proven track record of leading large global teams.User-Centered Innovation:
Expertise in driving user-centered design and enterprise-scale experiences.Proficiency in utilizing insights and research to develop user-centric solutions.
Technical Acumen:
Strong understanding of technology-infused design solutions.Ability to integrate technical and creative strategies to drive innovation.
Design and AI Trends:
Keeping abreast of design and AI trends, including best practicesComfortable engaging with GenAI tools as a collaborative partner
Ability to navigate constant change in a fast-moving and fast-growing organization.Project Management:
Strong project management experience, ability to effectively organize team priorities and initiatives.Ability to manage large-scale projects with a focus on technical and creative integration.
Results oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business impact and the ability to lead creative work that aligns with Publicis Sapient’s global brand strategy and vision.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams.Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Ability to navigate constant change in a fast-moving and fast-growing organization.Additional Information Pay Range: $260,000 - $310,000The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
