We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to drive growth across our expanding network of branch locations, optimizing the use of paid search, local service ads (LSA), and other digital avenues to maximize lead flow and generate revenue. The role will also have the opportunity to partner with the executive team on longer term strategic marketing and branding initiatives.
The Director of Digital Marketing, can work a hybrid schedule from Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, Philadelphia, or Chicago and will travel as needed for project execution. The position offers a base salary of up to $150,000 with a 30%+ on target bonus.
Key Responsibilities of the Director of Digital Marketing
- Launch and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LSA) focused on D2C lead generation
- Analyze lead flow, lead disposition, and ROI metrics daily; adjust spend accordingly to maximize efficiency
- Manage and improve Google Business Profile performance and online directories
- Drive strategies that increase positive Google reviews and local reputation
- Audit, organize, and manage digital assets across a multi-brand, multi-location footprint
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in CRM, domain, social, and tracking access across acquired companies
- Maintain oversight of all location-specific LSA and GBP verifications
- Get deep in the weeds—budget tracking, campaign tuning, A/B testing—and pull out to see the big picture
- Identify business-wide improvement opportunities that boost digital performance (e.g., referral programs, review generation, localized content strategy)
- Provide guidance on website structure and user experience, with a data-driven SEO lens
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and Branch GMs to align local needs with national goals
- Set up dashboards and reporting cadence using GA4, Looker, or equivalent tools
- Measure KPIs, communicate performance to executive leadership, and iterate rapidly
- Test, learn, and scale what works
Qualifications of the Director of Digital Marketing
- 7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience; home services, restoration, or multi-location preferred
- Proven ability to drive leads at scale and measure ROI in real time
- Expertise in managing LSA, SEO, paid search, and paid social programs
- Comfort working across disparate systems and unifying fragmented marketing infrastructures
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or other marketing CRM tools
- High ownership mentality and a passion for building from the ground up
