Position reports directly to the Marketing/Creative Director. The Graphic Designer creates various visual collateral for both online and offline merchandising and branding efforts. Some of this collateral includes but is not limited to: banners for company websites, creation of website sales pages, landing pages, and email creation. Other tasks may include logo creation, apparel design, packaging design, and other brand-building assets. The designer will also assist with general merchandising tasks by researching products for placements on sales pages and landing pages.

• Create product infographics for onsite and Amazon listings
• Create banners with visual appeal and pertinent information for the company websites
• Create landing and sales pages for product launches, sales events, and other product display requests
• Email blast creation: both visual creation and basic HTML coding
• Logo and various icon creation
• Assist with apparel creation, packaging, and creating signage for activation teams and showrooms
• Work with the RMFantasySX team to ensure assets are being produced and scheduled
• Assist Social Media Specialist in imagery creation for social media platforms
• Work with eCommerce team members to create custom, targeted email graphics
• Occasionally work on new website functionality mockups

• High proficiency in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and InDesign
• 2-year Design degree or similar work experience in the graphic design field; a portfolio is required
• Basic HTML and CSS skills
• Proficient computer skills and file management skills (Mac and Windows)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple requests and use time-management effectively
• Off-road industry knowledge is a plus
• Ability to develop solutions to address changing responsibilities and evolving business needs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills

Ability to represent Rocky Mountain in a professional manner always to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Position performance will require the regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes, including steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces. Vision abilities specific to the position will include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Performance requires the frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee may need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 45 pounds assisted or if capable.
