Job Summary The Marketing Director will take full ownership of Rowan Appliance Inc.’s marketing strategy and execution, overseeing a talented marketing team and collaborating with other departments to align marketing initiatives with the company’s mission and goals. This senior-level role is ideal for a strategic thinker and experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives. Identify growth opportunities and market trends to strengthen the brand’s position. Collaborate with executive leadership to set marketing goals and priorities. Team Management : Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance. Work closely with the Brand Manager and other key personnel to execute campaigns effectively. Campaign Oversight : Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing efforts. Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and company mission. Budget Management : Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor campaign performance to maximize ROI and provide insights for optimization. Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze market data, campaign metrics, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies. Prepare regular reports on marketing performance for executive leadership. Innovation and Trends : Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance marketing efforts. Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and reach broader audiences. Qualifications Experience : 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Technical Skills : Deep knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and advertising platforms. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Leadership : Strong team management skills with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Analytical Thinking : Ability to use data and market research to guide strategic decisions. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the home appliance or e-commerce industry.
