Our client is seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our customer engagement and driving bookings through targeted and optimized email campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience with email campaigns and lifecycle management.Expertise in using Braze for email campaign implementation and data integration.Ability to build and optimize various types of emails, including SDK and trigger-based communications.Strong analytical skills to develop and report on email performance and testing strategies.Excellent communication skills to effectively brief and collaborate with a Copywriter.Key Responsibilities:
Email Lifecycle Management:
Utilize Braze to connect data with email campaigns, ensuring that all customer interactions are personalized and effective.Campaign Development:
Design, build, and fully implement email campaigns using Braze, including SDK emails and trigger/site action emails.Optimization:
Continuously optimize email performance by developing and reporting on test & learn approaches to refine our email strategies.Collaboration:
Work closely with our Copywriter to write comprehensive briefs, facilitating the creation of compelling email content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.Interim Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
Implement overarching marketing strategies to align with company goals.Partner Management:
Oversee relationships with partners including SEO agencies, ad-serving platforms, and cart expansion products.Product Marketing:
Develop and execute product marketing plans to drive awareness and adoption.Subscription Programs:
Manage the client's proprietary subscription programs, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.SEO Knowledge:
A background in SEO is a plus, enhancing our ability to drive organic growth.Budget Management:
Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.Reporting:
Provide weekly marketing reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
