Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth & Lead Generation: Develop and execute innovative, data-informed marketing strategies that drive client acquisition, increase brand visibility, and position Sewa Home Care as a preferred provider in the region.
- Relationship Development: Build, nurture, and maintain strong referral networks with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Community Engagement & Outreach: Represent Sewa Home Care at community events, networking functions, senior expos, and health fairs. Host and deliver compelling presentations that educate the public and referral sources about our services and impact.
- Collaboration with Intake Team: Work closely with the intake and care coordination teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, supporting them from initial referral to service start.
- Education & Training: Organize and lead engaging workshops or lunch-and-learns for healthcare partners and community organizations to highlight our offerings and share best practices in home care.
- Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze referral trends, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Stay ahead of industry trends, local market dynamics, and competitor activity to uncover new growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in marketing, sales, or business development—ideally in home care, healthcare, or senior services.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of individuals.
- Confident public speaker and storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Driven, proactive, and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership and purpose.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, outreach tracking, and reporting (preferred).
