Job Opening: Orangetheory Fitness Studio Manager (Experienced Employees Only)
This job is ONLY open to experienced Orangetheory Fitness employees.
- Be fit. Change lives. Have fun.
A little quiz: What do Batman and Robin, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Hermoine Granger and Harry Potter, and Venus and Serena Williams have in common?
Answer: Each member of the pair makes the other stronger.
That’s how it is with an Orangetheory Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager (ASM). They’re a duo, a dyad. While the manager is ultimately in charge, the ASM supports and complements the manager to ensure smooth studio operations.
If you’d like to be part of such a pair, know the ropes as well as your members’ names, step in when your manager steps out, balance each other’s strengths, set goals, and surpass them... then Orangetheory might be looking for you.
Every day will be different, but you’ll be representing the Orangetheory brand, sharing the science behind our workouts, and fostering a love for fitness.
This role could be a stepping stone in your management career or a long-term position where you thrive. If you’ve attended even one Orangetheory class, you’ve felt the warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine community — feelings you’ll find here.
