You will define and drive our SMB moderation product strategy and roadmap.You will talk to internal and external customers regularly to find out what they need, but also to keep a firm pulse on where the industry is trending.You’ll work with other advertising teams to deliver solutions from the moment of ad creation to the moment an ad is placed in front of a shopper.You are technical, data-driven and get into the details, perform market analyses, usability studies, and study customer usage patterns to evolve features.A day in the life
Work with customers to understand their use cases and existing solutions.Collaborate with engineering teams to drive the product roadmaps.Fluently translate customer needs into solutions across UI and APIs.Address bottlenecks, provide customer input, anticipate and make trade offs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.Partner with multiple teams across geographic locations with varying sets of priorities to ensure a timely delivery of the solution.Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability.Conduct training and outreach to internal support teams as well as external customers.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
