Job Description
The Content Marketing Manager will play a part in transforming the global marketing organization’s approach to supporting the strategic imperatives for Sabre Travel Solutions customer segments.
This global role will develop a subject matter expert-level understanding of customer needs and help to steer and execute a strategic content marketing plan.
This role will collaborate with other functional teams to help identify, evaluate, and execute initiatives that articulate and further position Sabre’s core value and benefits to the various customer segments we support.
Responsibilities
- Produce, edit, and improve the quality of narratives, presentation content, value stories, blogs, case studies, and web copy to convey the value of Sabre.
- Support the strategic efforts and creation of the content marketing strategy for the customer segments, including researching industry trends, setting metrics, and applying customer segmentation tactics.
- Develop and leverage an in-depth understanding of customer needs, terminology, and understand the voice of the customer and their strategic importance across the value chain.
- Lead execution and project management of marketing programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with program stakeholders, sponsors, and functional teams across Sabre, including Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales Readiness, Segment Management, and Sales.
- Gather and synthesize inputs from various internal and external sources into a strategic narrative.
- Analyze content performance against business metrics regularly and provide recommendations to adjust strategy as needed.
Qualifications
- Has exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excels at writing different types of content from research to thought leadership to presentations.
- Has an editorial mindset and an ability to think strategically to understand what audiences want to consume and how to create it.
- Has experience working in a B2B technology solutions or software environment.
- Will thrive working in a fast-paced, matrix-driven global organization.
- Minimum 8 years of content marketing or direct copywriting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a cross-functional capacity.
- Has a proven track record of delivering high-impact content across multiple channels.
- Motivated, self-starter that can manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet plan.
Benefits
- Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
