Position Summary:
This position will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies with a strong focus on brand management and content creation. This role will enhance the organization's visibility and reputation by ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain MBH's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials.Execute branding strategies to elevate MBH's presence in the behavioral healthcare market.Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, trade show presence, and promotional items.Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive content strategy that supports MBH's brand and engages target audiences.Coordinate with clinical staff and subject matter experts to produce informative and compelling content, such as blog posts, articles, press releases, and multimedia materials.Ensure all content aligns with MBH's brand voice and strategic objectives.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with the VP of Marketing to promote MBH's services and programs.Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in marketing and communications.Experience in the healthcare or behavioral health sector is highly desirable.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and branding strategies.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with media, community partners, and stakeholders.Strong leadership and team management skills.We are a Drug Free Company.
