Job Description
Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Marketing Specialist to join our IngramSpark team in LaVergne, TN. In this role, you'll take the lead on marketing initiatives-from initial concept to final execution-designed to drive the growth and visibility of IngramSpark among self-published authors. You'll work independently to uncover new opportunities, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements to campaigns and processes. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll help set priorities that align with strategic goals. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the development of content, collateral, and reports, as well as ensuring the accurate and timely tracking and execution of key marketing tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or year for year directly related experience
- Minimum of 3 years related marketing experience to include 1 year of digital marketing
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Develops and executes marketing campaigns that support company/product growth strategies.
- Independently tracks, reports and provides optimization efforts on marketing initiatives to manager and business units.
- Provides regular updates on status of marketing projects and initiatives.
- Provides support and assistance to the marketing team with the tactical execution of corporate and brand marketing plans, strategies, and programs.
- Works in various marketing systems to execute marketing initiatives, monitor campaigns, identify business opportunities, provide reporting, and evaluate relevant data.
- Oversees project timing and budgets, on select projects, working with Marketing Manager on approvals.
