CALPAK is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to drive the execution of our creative initiatives. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our creative team, cross-functional departments, and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand goals. From developing clear creative briefs to tracking timelines and budgets, you’ll play a key role in streamlining workflows and optimizing our creative process.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects from ideation through completion, ensuring all deadlines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
- Work cross-functionally with leaders of all teams to serve as a primary point of contact between creative team, other departments, and external partners.
- Develop and deliver clear creative briefs, ensuring all team members understand the scope and objectives of each project or task.
- Effectively allocate creative resources, balancing the workloads of the creative team to ensure the appropriate staff and skillsets are aligned with the project scope.
- Track project timelines and budgets, and proactively identify risks, obstacles, opportunities, and solutions that could affect a project's outcome.
- Provide operational support for the Art Director through contracts, invoicing, paperwork, and budget tracking.
- Ensure the creative output is aligned with the project goals and team expectations by conducting regular reviews and requesting revisions as needed.
- Address pain points or challenges within the existing creative workflows, and provide solutions or procedures that maintain company or project goals.
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of all creative meetings, conversations, and tasks, and provide high-level updates to the Art Director and team leads to ensure creative projects are being tracked accurately.
- As projects are completed, document and conduct formal reviews of project performance, areas of improvement, and learnings for future creative.
- Provide any additional support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ Years of project management experience in a creative or brand-focused environment.
- Proficient in interdepartmental tools such as, but not limited to: Google Suite, Basecamp, Notion, etc.
- Strong knowledge of commonly used platforms and programs to aid in the execution of creative work such as, but not limited to: Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of creative processes, and an understanding of design, copywriting, and content development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work across internal and external teams.
- Strong ability to operate autonomously and use a proactive, forward-thinking, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills with the ability to be flexible under changing circumstances.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to project completion and timelines.
