Senior Designer
is to ideate, design, and deliver impactful creative solutions that address our clients’ and their audiences’ needs. You must be creatively curious, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects with a focus on quality and detail. The Senior Designer contributes to the development, execution, and evolution of concepts throughout all project phases. Reporting to the VP, Creative & Content, the Senior Designer will collaborate with strategists, designers, copywriters, and other specialists. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. Core duties include: Contributing concepts and ideas aligned with client strategies and objectives. Communicating how design solutions meet customer and business needs. Collaborating iteratively with Copywriters, Strategists, Information Architects, Developers, and Project Managers. Interpreting client needs in coordination with account staff and strategists. Activating client brands to connect with target audiences. Designing across all mediums, including digital and print, for omni-channel marketing. Applying UI/UX design principles and best practices. Creating and activating client campaigns across channels. Participating in brainstorms and workshops collaboratively. Designing and producing motion graphics or prototypes using tools like Figma and After Effects. Ensuring quality and preparing deliverables for handoff. Assisting in preparing creative or agency presentations (PPT and Keynote). Supervisory Responsibilities:
None. Qualifications + Requirements: Candidates should have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. At least 5+ years of experience in a marketing or creative agency. A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and solutions. Knowledge of digital experience design spanning web and social media. Ability to present and sell ideas internally. Strong collaboration skills with agency and client teams. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and FigJam. Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
