Position Overview:We are seeking a professional with deep expertise in Amazon performance marketing, capable of driving strategic growth and leading a high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in e-commerce, Amazon advertising, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail media, and a proven ability to lead at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive Amazon marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of Amazon performance marketing specialists, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and professional development goals.
Oversee the management of our Amazon storefronts, including optimizing product listings and driving Sponsored Product campaigns.
Strategically manage Amazon store inventory, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure year-round product availability and support for product launches.
Maintain and expand our best-seller status on Amazon by continuously refining our marketing and advertising approaches.
Analyze and react to competitors' bidding tactics, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership, reporting directly to the CEO, to align Amazon marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making, providing insights and recommendations to optimize ad spend, improve ACOS, and increase ROAS.
Oversee the budget for Amazon advertising, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Amazon digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or director role.
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling Amazon listings and CPC campaigns across multiple product categories.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive strategic decisions and optimize marketing performance.
Compensation:
Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience.
