What you'll do : Work primarily in the office, four days a week. Collaborate with artist management and artists to develop and implement national strategic promotion plans. Build and maintain relationships at a national level to influence and increase radio airplay, video streams, audio streams, and other mediums that promote Ambush artists. Analyze, interpret, and distribute airplay data to support label priorities, including but not limited to data from MediaBase, Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, Amazon Music, and Shazam. Develop and execute national syndication strategies. Manage budgets and ensure all financial agreements are followed. Coordinate strategies with national radio chains such as iHeart, Audacy, Town Square Media, Beasley, etc. Travel as needed to strengthen relationships with country radio and other influencers, fostering brand development. Support regional staff in their growth and development, serving as a resource for guidance, backup, support, and motivation. Who you are : Minimum of 5 years of promotion experience. Proficient in radio and sales programs like MediaBase, Luminate, and familiar with streaming services and social media platforms. Innovative, bringing new concepts and promotional ideas to enhance brand development across radio, TV, internet, and other platforms.
