Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. PMP or PgMP highly desired.Proven experience in a senior leadership role (5-7 years) within project management.Expert‐level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.Motivated to build relationships at executive levels with Technology, Product, and Revenue team

Developing PMO structure and governance model for managing marketing’s portfolio of projects—including resource allocation and capacity planningSetting strategic direction and consistent approach for project intake, selection, prioritization, and post-completion measurement across the marketing organizationAccelerating impact, efficiency, time to market, and improving project lifetime valueCollaborating with other departments to align project management practices with standards being used by PMOs outside of marketingWorking with executive leadership to define priorities, address challenges, and communicate status & risksChampioning the adoption of agile methodologiesCoach and mentor project management practitioners and share knowledge of best practices.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $156,000 - $234,000
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
